This April, AsstrA Prague celebrated its 10th birthday. By 2023, the office team has grown to 14 people from various countries including Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, and of course the Czech Republic. Celebrating this days we decided to ask AsstrA Prague colleagues the most important question: Why you value working at Prague office… and this is what they answered:
“Hard question with simple answer. Because it is the best team in the world.. supportive, friendly, well trained and focused on the same target. There's nothing I love more than when I am working with other engaged individuals toward a common goal, and that's what excited me about working here,” – says Peter Sokyra, Supplier Manager.
“What I admire the most in our team it’s the diversity of people and their views, ideas, and experiences. Diversity in teams helps us look at issues from different angles. In our team we all rely on one another to get our work done and each of us brings unique skills and experiences to our AsstrA team,“– says Tatyana Serikova, Branch Manager AsstrA Prague.
“This year, due to the round anniversary, we celebrated our birthday in a wider group, hosting members of the management board. And this is what I value about AsstrA, we are a team and you feel it, no meter what job position you have, the management is close to you and ready to help,” – says Cyril Nosek, Sales Specialist at AsstrA Prague.
“Success it's a teamwork. ASSTRA Prague is a wonderful team of great people. Our Branch Manager made our team as we are now . And most important thing, we can set ambition goals and we know hot to achieve these goals. I am happy to be a part of this team,” – adds Igor Sorkin, Trade Lane Manager.
“To tell the truth, AsstrA is a company with a lot of prospects, I jumped at the chance and change the position in the company. For me it is a company with many benefits, such as a great team and positive work environment. We are still a small office, but it is already 14 people! We are growing from a family team to a big one and I am glad to be a part of this transition,” - says Alisa Perepelkina, Team Leader of Common Identity Leap.
