Over the past three years, the global economy has mad a dramatic shift online. Conferences, exhibitions, meetings and other events traditionally held in-person have adopted new digital formats. In line with this trend, the annual AsstrA Viva business conference was held online now for the second year. As per tradition, the past year’s results were summed up, the development course for the coming year was set, and the company’s top performers were awarded for their results.
"Bringing three continents together and involving the large AsstrA team in strategic discussions is no cake walk. Also, the novelty of online events has worn off, and our colleagues miss face-to-face meetings and live communication. So for this conference the marketing team selected an online platform that would maximize engagement and supplemented videos with radio-style audio content. For two days, teams from more than 20 offices joined in to motivate each other to achieve big things and simply have a good time," shares Anna Shkolnaya, Head of the Marketing Division.
High quality is a strategic priority for 2022-2024 and was the main focus of the two-day conference. The next three years’ main development vectors of international door-to-door transport (FTL), sea transport (FCL), and industrial projects logistics (IPL) were established.
The AsstrA Viva 2022 program included speeches from AsstrA's Board of Directors as well as industry and regional experts connecting remotely from around the world.
Denis Gural, Chief Operating Officer at Asstra, was impressed by the highly professional organization of the event. "The participants discussed exciting questions with the speakers in real time. They talked about changes and newly implemented solutons in the company and shared experiences gained during important transportation projects.
