Global route coverage
The AsstrA team serves long and short routes between the EU, CIS, Asia, and the USA. The company has a large network of representatives, and transport suppliers choose routes according to their own business goals.
Round-trip route planning
Thanks to a steady stream of return cargo orders, carriers working with AsstrA avoid “empty flights.” Efficient route planning and transport order processes help carriers make sure every trip is profitable.
Cashless refueling
Transport partners may pay for fuel and technical fluids using special prepaid smart cards. An electronic system accounts for refueling and provides detailed reports indicating the place and time of refueling, the type and amount of fuel, and operational costs.
Road toll settlement
Thanks to special cards, carriers make non-cash payments for use of public toll roads, bridges, and tunnels. This ensures prompt management and analysis of transport costs.
VAT refunds
The corporate group, in cooperation with partners, refunds VAT to suppliers for fuel purchased in the European Union.
Ferry services
AsstrA offers an in-house ferry booking service available exclusively to partner carriers to help them save time and money.
ROLA service
AsstrA provides Rollende Landstraße (ROLA) services that support the transportation of loaded vehicles by rail. This form of intermodal transportation allows drivers to rest in specially designed carriages on certain routes.
Carrier liability insurance
Partner carriers receive assistance with formalities related to carrier liability (CMR) insurance.
On-time payment
Payment terms are always honored for all transport services provided. Carriers’ invoices are guaranteed to be paid within 45 days of receipt of original documents.
Simplified customs procedures
Carriers undergo customs clearance at 8 of AsstrA's in-house agencies in Germany, Poland, Belarus, Russia, and Lithuania. Services provided include the issuance of T1 transit declarations valid across the EU and Switzerland at the Polish border crossings in Koroschin, Bobrovniki, and Kuznica, as well as at Lithuanian border crossings in Medininkai, Lavorishskes, and Raigardas.
AsstrA’s customs agencies also register electronic copies of TIR carnets in the NCTS system in Germany and Poland. Additional services include registering electronic preliminary informing (EPI) notifications in relation to goods imported into the territory of the Customs Union by road as well as pre-notification of PI and guarantee certificates for imports into Russia. Consultations on customs formalities and customs clearance are also available.

AsstrA regularly holds tenders among carriers. By participating, carriers can build long-term working relationships with AsstrA with access to regular transport orders and the company’s loyalty program.
