When entering the Russian market, Wahl Clipper Corporation turned to AsstrA with a request to establish a representative office in Russia: Wahl RU. AsstrA experts took over handling the receipt of products in Russia with accompanying warehouse services. Wahl receives a full range of services: storage, handling, marking, enclosing instructions, packing products, etc.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In 2014, Wahl RU first began working with several chain stores. The AsstrA team processed and prepared the goods at a partner warehouse in accordance with the strict requirements of these chain stores.
At the beginning of 2016, AsstrA implemented Wahl RU’s move to another warehouse. Transportation was ordered for to move 150 europallets, which made it possible to load the goods in 1 day. Work on the acceptance of goods took a week. The first shipments of goods from the warehouse began 3 days after the goods were transported.
AsstrA representatives on-site at the warehouse promptly responded to all of Wahl’s requests related to, for example, taking photographs and measurements, monitoring deliveries and shipments, drawing up shipping documentation, etc.
In this way, Wahl Clipper Corporation successfully began doing business in Russia. The AsstrA team has been there since the beginning providing high-quality warehouse services and now has an excellent understanding of the company’s product range and its features.
